Celeriac & white truffle veloute 



Steak tartar – fine diced sirloin of beef – capers, shallots pickled ginger, sriracha, wasabi mayonnaise , pickled shitake mushrooms

Crispy chilli pork – sesame noodle salad 

Pan seared Scallops – celeriac puree, parmesan crisp, pea shoots

Vegan Mezze – hummus, babaganoush, tzatziki, olives spicy roasted pepper dip, pitta 

Main course 

Poached lemon sole fillets rolled & filled  with Brixham crab mousse – chive mash, tender stem, crayfish, dill & samphire velouté 

Roast rump of lamb – fondant potato, sweet potato & rosemary puree, roast shallots, mint & redcurrant jus

Roasted Guinea fowl supreme – chorizo & leek mousse, sweetcorn puree, cavalo nero, Parisienne potatoes, pan jus

Kale & basil pesto linguini – wilted greens, vegan cheese, roasted bell peppers

Lemon tart – meringue kisses
